Chapter Philanthropy and Service
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
The Charleston ZTA Alumnae Chapter takes great pride in our service and philanthropy, fulfilling the founding principles of our Fraternity by providing support for programs that are educational, philanthropic and leadership-oriented.
Zeta Tau Alpha’s National Philanthropy is Breast Cancer Education and Awareness, and we are proud to serve as the National Survivor/Thriver Ambassadors of Making Strides events. We have volunteered locally at the Making Strides Charleston walks for the last 10 years, and are excited to be a part of their 11th annual event again this October.
We not only support our national philanthropy, but we also have many community service projects such as:
School Supply Drive
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
Domestic Abuse Shelter | South Carolina | My Sister's House
Passing out Pink Ribbons
